• Who can provide you with a clear description of what the role of a mentor in your organization entails?
• What are the tasks and responsibilities of a mentor in your organization?
Providing a clear framework at the start
• What information does your colleague/’trainee’ need at the start of the process?
• What agreements do you make with your colleague?
• What matters do you want to clarify with your colleague?
• How do you present yourself as a mentor during these conversations?
Guiding with goals in mind
• How do you create a training plan together with the person coordinating the learning paths?
• How do you give instructions?
• How do you provide feedback?
• How do you conduct interim follow-up conversations?
• How do you stimulate the motivation of your colleague?
Evaluating with goals in mind
• How is an evaluation conducted?
• Who in the organization takes on which role during evaluations?
