ELISA and qPCR

Part of the Advanced Therapies Training Program (ATTP). Explore the detection and quantification of DNA and RNA, and investigate protein and antibody detection and ELISA detection techniques. You learn the theoretical principles of qPCR and ELISA and build practical skills in both, carrying out experimental analyses in the lab and learning to interpret qPCR and ELISA data correctly.
